contact groove issue their debut event at The Eagle Inn, with both an improvised collaborative live set and a multiple hour dj set showcasing the extensive range of styles in the electronic underground scene.
The trio will unveil their brand new collaborative live set, fusing intricate synth work, relentless grooves and raw acid lines, all underpinned by ethereal atmospheres and dub influenced improvisation. With all three members sculpting the sound out of programmed elements and hardware based synth lines, the result is a sonic landscape that ebbs and flows throughout the set, immersing the listeners into the atmosphere contact groove creates.
Following their live set, a multiple hour b2b dj set sees the three producers push the sounds that influence them the most. Expect a genre spanning trip through techno, jungle, 140s and beyond – a carefully curated selection that reflects the diversity of the current underground scene.
