PICTURE HOUSE
Born while trying to free their minds and escape from lockdown, Picture House decided that sharing a fondness of David Lynch, Labyrinth, Rainbow Connection and Liz Frazer was enough of a reason to make music together, before hearing each other play a note.
They holed up in the disused mills of Manchester, spending time working together as a sedative, away from the City around them which helped to create songs written about dystopian fantasies and lovely things, living too close together.
The debut album produced by Alex Greaves (bdrmm) has a hypnotic, reverberated, dreamy fuzz at its core and with band members from electro band The Whip and drone duo Thraa, Picture House are looking to float the band forwards and share a trip far away…
